WEAVERVILLE– Hannah Alicia VanBumble, age 21, of Weaverville, died Sunday, December 24, 2017.
Hannah was born December 14, 1996 in Buncombe County where she had lived all of her life. She was a 2014 home school graduate of Lake Louise Academy. Hannah studied dance at “In His Steps Dance Ministry” and especially enjoyed hip hop and jazz. She loved dogs, hiking the Blue Ridge Parkway, archery and she especially loved children. She was a believer in Jesus Christ.
Surviving are her parents, Alvin VanBumble and Jonanna Steiner VanBumble; sister, Abigail VanBumble Eremic and husband Hampton Eremic; brother, John VanBumble and wife Alonna Adams VanBumble and their children, Vanessa (12), Aubrey (10) and Sophia (8) all of Weaverville; brother, Josiah VanBumble of Fletcher and Jeremiah VanBumble of Laurinburg.
Her memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Gateway Church, 20 Integrity Dr., Woodfin, NC 28804. A potluck lunch will follow.
Memorials may be made in Hannah VanBumble’s memory to Renewed Hope Ministries, PO Box 1340, Murphy, NC 28906 for a future women’s rehab facility, www.renewedhopemurphy.com 828-837-7086.

I am so sorry to hear of Hannah's passing. I had the privilege of working with her at PLI. She was such a sweet, energetic, and happy person who always offered a hello or good morning. I pray that God will hold you close and lift you up during this time of grief. My condolences and prayers are with you.
