Benn Pryor Grant III

Benn Pryor Grant III, age 71, left this world doing what he loved and in a place he loved most in the world, Isle of Palms, SC.

Benn was born May 19, 1947 in Franklin, NC. He worked at Wells Fargo Investments, where he just received his 30 year recognition. Benn enjoyed working out, especially at his local Woodfin YMCA, He had a passion for dogs.

Surviving are his wife, Beverly Ponder-Grant; sister, Rebecca Sexton and husband Ken, niece Helen Gentry and great niece Victoria Gentry all of Franklin.

A celebration of Benn’s life will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, February 2, 2019 in Newbridge Baptist Church, 199 Elkwood Avenue, Asheville, NC 28804. Rev. Clark Henderson will officiate.

There will be refreshments and a time to visit with the family in the Beth Anderson Family Life Center, following the celebration.
