BERTIE HENSLEY WILSON FAIRVIEW - Bertie Hensley Wilson, age 87, of Fairview went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 18, 2014. Bertie was born June 24, 1927, in Madison County and was a resident of Buncombe County for most of her life. A daughter of the late Andrew Jackson and Lillie Buckner Hensley, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Jim Wilson who died in 2000 and son, Mike Wilson. She was a dedicated homemaker, loving mother and wife. Surviving are her daughter, Rebecca Jackson and husband Keith; son, Jeff Wilson; and grandsons, Samuel and Aaron Jackson, all of Fairview. Her graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, July 20, 2014, in Clark's Chapel Cemetery, 25 Clark's Chapel Church Road, Weaverville, NC 28787.
