Betty Deweese Bryant

BETTY DEWEESE BRYANT ASHEVILLE – Betty Deweese Bryant, age 86, of Asheville died Saturday, March 4, 2017. Mrs. Bryant was born September 29, 1930 in Buncombe County where she had lived all her life. She was the daughter of the late Glen and Gladys Wheeler Deweese and wife of the late Worth Oliver Bryant who died in 2001. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Bryant. Surviving are her daughter, Pamela Sparks and husband Tommy of Asheville; sons, Randy Bryant and wife Drucilla of Weaverville, and Larry Bryant and wife Cathy of Candler; eight grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. Her graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 6, 2017, in Ashelawn Gardens of Memory, with Reverend Butch Stillwell officiating.
