Betty Carver Call

ALEXANDER – Betty Carver Call, age 81, died Tuesday June 27, 2017. Mrs. Call was born December 3, 1935. She was a member of Enon Baptist Church, Marshall. Her parents, Thomas J. and Bonnie Burleson Carver; husband Thomas Call; daughter, Linda Reaves; brothers James and Charles Carver; and granddaughter, Rebecca Reaves, all preceded her in death. Surviving are her daughter, Jackie Clinton and husband Tony; son, Andy Younger; brother, Jack Carver; eight grandchildren, Melissa Merrill, Rhonda Higgins, Tony Lee Clinton, Amanda Clinton, Brandy Younger, Ginger Reaves, Crystal Reaves and Jennifer Reaves and 10 great grandchildren. Her funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, June 30, 2017, in the Chapel of West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville, with Reverend Drew Mabry and Pastor Kevin Boone officiating. Burial will be in West Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home, prior to the funeral service. Flowers are acceptable and appreciated.
