BRENDA L. ROBERTS DOMBROWSKI WEAVERVILLE – Brenda L. Roberts Dombrowski, age 73, of Weaverville died Saturday, April 15, 2017. Mrs. Dombrowski was born September 2, 1943 in Detroit, MI and was a resident of Buncombe County since 1998. Brenda loved singing and playing her guitar and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church, Weaverville. She was the daughter of the late Kie and Sarah Howland Roberts who were natives of Madison County. She was also preceded in death by her sons, Gino D. Degg, and Michael A. Degg. Surviving are her husband of 40 years, Norman Dombrowski; daughter, Mariah K. Degg Bucklew and husband Tommy; sons, Anthony “Tony” Degg and wife Shell, and Levy F. Degg and wife Pam; grandchildren, Chelsea Whitehead, Zachary Bucklew, and Devin Bucklew; and several cousins. A visitation celebrating her life with family and friends will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville. Flowers are welcome.
