Carole Doucette Horvath

CAROLE DOUCETTE HORVATH WEAVERVILLE - Carole Doucette Horvath, age 79, of 1 Chipmunk Cove Road, died Thursday, May, 22, 2014. Carole was born October 8, 1934 in Cleveland, OH. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Marcia Smith Doucette and wife of the late A.M. "Marty" Horvath who died in 2007. She was a longtime volunteer at St. Joseph's Campus. Carole enjoyed her church, bridge and dancing with the Rosen's Rascals. Surviving are her daughter, Mary Karen Horvath of Asheville; son, Michael Horvath and spouse Scott Allen-Horvath of Asheville; and one granddaughter, Haley Mann. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 29, 2014, in St. Eugene Catholic Church, Asheville, of which she was a member. Inurnment will be in the columbarium at the church.
