CASIMIR JOSEPH SZOTT WEAVERVILLE – Casimir Joseph Szott, age 85, of Weaverville died Thursday, February 2, 2017 at Mission Hospital. Mr. Szott was born April 6, 1931 in Wayne County MI. He retired from the United States Army having served in Special Forces. He was a Bronze Star and Purple Heart recipient. Burial will be in Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, Black Mountain.
