CHARLES THEO ANDERSON ASHEVILLE – Beloved son and big brother, Charles Theo Anderson, age 57, of Asheville died Saturday, October 29, 2016. Mr. Anderson was born July 5, 1959 in Buncombe County where he had lived all of his life. He worked many years for the City of Asheville and eventually retired from Dave Steel. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving from 1979-1980 as a sharpshooter. Charles is the son of Helen Webb Anderson and the late William Clearnce Anderson. In addition to his father, Charles was also preceded in death by a nephew, Johnathan Craig. Surviving in addition to his mother are his step-daughter, Erin Hubbard and her children, DeShara, Cory and Cody; sister, Maeola B. Boone and husband James, Hilda C. Anderson and fiancé Eddie Webb; Jessie H. Hensley and husband JR; brother, Jackie Anderson and sister-in-law, Colleen Anderson; grandchildren, Hayden “Heyday” and Hallie Sequoyah; nieces, Allie Boone, Amanda Ball, Jamie Hensley, Joy Hensley, Kim Hoffman, Miranda Tipton; Sasha Mace; nephews, Anthony Ball, Bobby Hensley, Eli Webb, Jason Webb, Mark Hoffman, Mark Tipton, Michael Webb, Ryan Webb, Tim Hoffman, William Hensley; great nieces, Aviey, Chloe, Jemma, Makenzie, Shea, Sierra, Tori; great nephews, Bryan, Camo, Carson, Cody, Mathew, Tae. His funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 3, 2016, in the Chapel of West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville, with Reverend Jerry Webb officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Cove Cemetery, Barnardsville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. At other times, the family will be at the residence.
