Christine Moro

WEAVERVILLE – Christine Marie Moro, age 51, of Weaverville, died Wednesday, November 1, 2017. Mrs. Moro was born July 16, 1966 in Chemung County, NY and was a resident of Weaverville for the last 20 years. She was a devoted wife to her sweet “Baboo”. Christine had high standards; many people looked up to her and asked for her advice on life. She was an outspoken, hard working person who worked at Dairy Queen and previously at Burger King. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Milton and Norma Ruth Bevan Broomhall and sister, Laurie Broomhall Carter. Surviving are her husband of 26 years, Larry Moro; daughters, Tiffany Asbury and Kelly Dander; son, Brian Bogucki; sisters, Susan Walker and Robin Covell; grandchildren, Tasha, Kira, and Mackenzie Asbury and Paisley Dander. Her service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, November 4, 2017, in the Chapel of West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville, with Reverend Sonia Burleson officiating.
