Danny Brown

Weaverville—Daniel E. "Danny" Brown, age 50, of Weaverville died Thursday, October 9, 2008. Danny was born January 8, 1958 in Buncombe County where he lived all of his life. Danny was self-employed, owner-operator of Grab Signs, currently employed with Doubletree at Biltmore Farms. He is survived by his mother, Frances W. Brown of 100 Ferndale Avenue, Glenburnie, MD 21061. Danny was the son of the late Earl T. Garrison who died in 1964 and the late Richard Albert Brown who died in 1999. Danny was a loving father who enjoyed spending time outdoors with his children. Surviving in addition to his mother is wife, Dawn Raymundo Brown of 328 Weaverville Hwy. Asheville, NC 28804; children, Autumn Estelle Brown, Mickey Earl Brown, Nickey Star Brown, Mason Dixon Brown, Chance Chasen Brown and George Ellis Brown; sister Catherine Cruz and spouse Tony; niece, Megan Brown and her son Colby; nephew Elijah Cruz and grandson, Japhyth Fyre Elias. Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Chapel of West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville with the Rev. Steve Harris officiating. Burial will be in Pisgah View Memorial Park.
