BARNARDSVILLE—Denise Marshall, age 37 of 412 Stoney Fork Rd. died Saturday, August 4, 2012. Denise was born September 4, 1974 in Bridgeton, NJ and was a resident of Buncombe County most of her life. Surviving are her parents, Earl Ledford and Gerry Marshall of Barnardsville; sister, Teresa Ledford of Arden; maternal grandmother, Katherine Patterson of Bridgeton, NJ; two nieces and one nephew. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 8, 2012 in the Chapel of West Funeral Home with Rev. David Crowder officiating. Burial will be in Ledford Atkins Family Cemetery, Pensacola, NC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral. At other times the family will be at the residence.
