Ernest Neil Moss

SILSBEE, TEXAS—Ernest Neil Moss, age 53, of Silsbee, Texas, died Sunday, May 5, 2013. Mr. Moss was born on April 20, 1960, in Asheville to Ernest Moss and the late Faye Atkins Moss. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Davis Moss; daughter, Emily Rice and her husband, Jeremiah, of Houston, Texas; son, Joe Moss of Lumberton, Texas; sisters, Sonia Burgin of Weaverville and Traci Potter and her husband, Daniel, of Washougal, Wash.; brother, Michael Moss; and father, Ernest Moss of Weaverville. His funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 11, 2013, at Piney Mountain Baptist Church, with Rev. Steve Freeman, Rev. Charles Phillips, and Rev. Joe Sellars officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Marvin Moore, Clayton Moore, Dennis Moss, Mike Davis, Greg Davis, and Bo Davis, with Owen Belk serving as an honorary pallbearer. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the church.
