Evelyn Hill Boyett

ASHEVILLE—Evelyn Hill Boyett, age 86, of 10 Morning Dew Dr. died Thursday, November 18, 2010. Mrs. Boyett was born August 20, 1924, in Meeker County, MN. She resided in Asheville since 1982. Evelyn attended Woodland Hills Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jas Lawrence and Esther Hedeen Hill; husband, James J. Boyett who died in 2009; daughter, Janine Boyett; sons, James Peyton Boyett who died in 1949 and Jesse James Boyett, III, who died in 1944; and brother, James Lawrence Hill. Surviving are her daughter, Diane Boyett, and grandchildren, Michael Boyett and Nicholas Boyett, all of Asheville. Her graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 20, 2010, in West Memorial Park, with Rev. Bob Belford officiating.
