GERALDINE "JERRY" MINKIN ASHEVILLE - Geraldine "Jerry" Minkin, age 84 of Asheville died Thursday, March 19, 2015 at Aston Park Health Care Center. Mrs. Minkin was born June 22, 1930 in New York County, NY to the late Frank and Bertha Gut LeBlanc. Jerry was a resident of Asheville for nine years and was a member of North Asheville Baptist Church. Surviving are her son, Mark Minkin and wife Sherrie of Asheville; sister, Genie Ward of Florida; grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Zachary Eusebio. Her memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 24, 2015, in North Asheville Baptist Church with Reverend Jim Dykes officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
