Inez Calloway Riddle

BARNARDSVILLE—Inez Calloway Riddle, age 90, of 11 Speedy Drive died Saturday, November 3, 2012. Mrs. Riddle was born September 22, 1922, in Buncombe County. One of her greatest pleasures was shopping at Rose's. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Christie Blankenship Calloway; and her husband, Richmond Vaughn Riddle who died in 1967 and son Jimmy V. Riddle. Surviving are her daughter, Barbara Angel and husband Larry of Leicester; sons, O'Neil Riddle and wife Lillian of Barnardsville and Ronnie Riddle of Brevard; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Her graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at Calloway Family Cemetery with Rev. Kenny Stump officiating. West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville, is in charge of arrangements.
