JAMES H. "JIM" REESE WEAVERVILLE/PORT ORANGE, FL - James H. "Jim" Reese, age 71 of Port Orange, FL died Thursday, October 15, 2015. Mr. Reese was born August 24, 1944 in Buncombe County and was a resident of Florida for the past 24 years. He was formerly employed with Square D and retired from Volusia County Schools Transportation Department. He had served in the US Army during Vietnam and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his father, Howard Reese. Surviving are his wife of 44 years Pat Angell Reese; mother, Hazel Searcy Reese; sister, Judy Williams and husband David; brother, John Reese and wife Janet. His graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 24, 2015, in Ashelawn Gardens of Memory with Reverend Ray Kiess officiating.
