WOODFIN – Jeffrey Ray Masters, age 52, of Woodfin, died Monday July 17, 2017. Mr. Masters was born, September 28, 1964 in Buncombe County, where he had lived all of his life. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday July 22, 2017, in the Chapel of West Funeral Home, with Reverend Jim Moore officiating.
