WEAVERVILLE - Joseph “Todd” Spainhour, age 61, of Weaverville passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2025. He was a fighter until the very end of his brief illness complicated by COPD. He left this world too soon.

Todd was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Franklin Spainhour, he was his hero.
Surviving is his mother, Myra Stewart Spainhour; three daughters, Madeline Spainhour (Trevor Hughes), Natalie Spainhour and Eleanor Spainhour (Josh Wallin); the love of his life, Wendy Spainhour; sister, Pam Shue (Jeff); and his chihuahua, Chloe.
