Katherine Warren Walton

WEAVERVILLE—On Wednesday, September 5, 2012, Katherine Warren Walton, age 87, went home to be with the Lord. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Walton, and daughter, Nyoka Christopher. She was born February 19, 1925, to Oliver and Connie Bryson Warren. She is survived by her step-daughter, Geraldine Perry and her husband Tom; grandchildren, David King and his wife Mary, Darla King, Mike Perry, and Tamara Atkinson; five great grandchildren; her sister-in-law, Lucille Parker and her husband James; many close friends and neighbors. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
