Kenneth C. \ Lunsford

LEICESTER—Kenneth C. "K.C." Lunsford, age 59, of Leicester died Sunday, June 17, 2012. Mr. Lunsford was born November 6, 1952, in Buncombe County. He was a son of Eva Mundy Worley of Weaverville and the late Caroll Lunsford; husband of the late Sandra Perry Lunsford who died in 2004; and father of the late Jessica Lunsford. Surviving in addition to his mother are his daughter, Kendra Lunsford; son, Jonathan Lunsford; sister, Carolyn Drake and her husband Dan; brothers, Gordon Lunsford and Randall Lunsford and his wife Rose; six grandchildren, two nieces, and three nephews. His graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 20, 2012, in Penland Cemetery with Rev. Garry Rogers officiating. At other times the family will be at the home of Eva Worley, 13 Blevins Rd., Weaverville.
