LARS JANNESSON WEAVERVILLE – Lars Jannesson, age 71 of Weaverville died Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at his home. Mr. Jannesson was born June 5, 1944 in Sweden and was a resident of the United States for the last 50 years. Lars was a general contractor, working on home repairs. He was preceded in death by his father, Lennart Jannesson. Surviving are his beloved friend and companion Hilda Gatch; mother Maud Granberg; brother, Hans; two children and two grandchildren, stepdaughter, Kathy Blackwell. Private services are planned.
