Margaret Haley Townsend

METAIRIE, LA.—Margaret Haley Townsend, age 71, of Metairie, La., died Thursday, May 24, 2012. Mrs. Townsend was born October 21, 1940, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She was the daughter of the late Olin Key Haley and Mary Margaret Whitton Haley. She was a retired school administrator. Margaret was an accomplished artist. She loved her cats, flowers and people. Surviving are her husband, Robert St. Amand; sister, Jan Haley Lawrence and husband Thomas of Weaverville; nephews, Jonathan Wolf and family of Smithville, Texas, Roland Wolf and family of Abilene, Texas; and niece, Mary Ann Curl and family of Camas, Wash.
