MARGARETE WEBB CANDLER – Margarete Webb, age 81, of Candler died Wednesday, November 16, 2016. Mrs. Webb was born March 25, 1935 in Germany to the late Erwin and Katharina Kanel Leipner. Margarete was a loving wife and the greatest mom. She has worked for Enka, Gerber and Walker Muffler. Surviving are her husband of 60 years, David Douglas Webb; daughters, Brenda Purvis, Tamara Sprouse, Tonya Parker and husband Scott; son, David Junior Webb and wife Vickie; 2 brothers; 10 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. Her memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 23, 2016, in the Chapel of West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville, with Reverend Earl Jones officiating.
