Mary Ann Rogers Parham

WEAVERVILLE – Mary Ann Rogers Parham, age 66, of Dula Springs went to be with her Lord Monday, May 22, 2017. Mary was born December 25, 1950 in Buncombe County to the late Gus and Nellie Colley Rogers. She lived all her life in Buncombe County and was a member of Carolina Baptist Tabernacle. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Junior Teasley; sisters, Betty and Ruby Penland, Linda Doan, Louise Jenkins; and brother, Frank, Don, Harold, Roy and Thurman Rogers. Surviving are her husband of 38 years, Jerry E. Parham; sons, Darrell Teasley and wife Loraine, Larry Teasley and wife Stacy and Eric Parham; sister, Esther Robinson; brothers, Gerald Rogers and five grandchildren. Her funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 25, 2017 in the Chapel of West Funeral Home with Reverend’s Lanny Cobb and Michael Penland officiating. Burial will be in Clark’s Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home. At other times the family will be at the home of Larry Teasley, Mars Hill, NC. Flowers are acceptable and appreciated.
