WEAVERVILLE – Norman T. Dombrowski, age 84, of Weaverville died Thursday June 7, 2018.
Mr. Dombrowski was born January 24, 1934 in Detroit, MI, to the late Alex and Helen Maznowski Dombrowski. He was a resident of Buncombe County since 1998. Norm served in the US Army during the Korean War. He retired as a machinist from Chrysler Automotive. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Brenda L. Roberts Dombrowski, who died in 2017; sons, Gino D. Degg, and Michael A. Degg.
Surviving are his sons, Anthony “Tony” Degg and wife Shell, Levy F. Degg and wife Pam; daughter, Mariah K. Degg Bucklew and husband Tommy; grandchildren, Chelsea Whitehead, Zachary Bucklew, Devin Bucklew; and his dog and best friend and companion, Jack.
A visitation celebrating his life with family and friends will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Saturday June 9, 2018 at West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville.
