PAMELA ANN SWANN ASHEVILLE - Pamela Ann Swann, age 52, of 1314 Tunnel Road, Lot 144 died on Friday, April 25, 2014. Pamela was born March 5, 1962, in Los Angeles, CA and was a resident of Buncombe County for most of her life where she attended North Buncombe High School. Surviving are her son, Dustin Swann of Fairview; mother, Joann Barr and husband David of Asheville; father, Palmer Buttry of Fairview; sister, Sandy Wright of Swannanoa, and Lisa Swann of Asheville; and four grandchildren. Her funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Monday, April 28, 2014, in the Chapel of West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville, with Rev. Alfred Miller officiating. Burial will be in Clark's Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., Monday prior to the service. Flowers are welcome.
