PLEASE SEE NEW FUNERAL SCHEDULE LEICESTER—Pearlie Jane Haney Radcliff, age 78, of 471 Ridgeview Rd., died Friday, November 30, 2012. Mrs. Radcliff was born August 9, 1934, in Buncombe County. She retired from Square D in 1991 and was a member of Mt. View Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Mary Jane Paris Haney; daughter, Carolyn Radcliff; brothers, Marshall Haney, LeRoy Ammons, Riley Haney; and sister, Grace Ammons. Surviving are her husband of 60 years, Carlos Orville Radcliff; daughter, Cindy Faulkner and husband Rick of Asheville; sister, Sue McMahan of Alexander; brother, C.S. Haney of Tennessee; grandchildren, Jason Faulkner and Johnathan Faulkner. Her funeral service has been RESCHEDULED and will now be held at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 5, 2012, in Mountain View Freewill Baptist Church with Revs. Anthony Fox and Howard Self officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday at West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville, where the body will remain until placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
