Sandy Caldwell Knight

ASHEVILLE—Sandy Caldwell Knight, age 65 of Asheville died Tuesday, August 20, 2013. Sandy was born June 3, 1948 in Buncombe County to the late William Floyd and Annie Robinson Caldwell. She retired from Southern Bell in 1986 and was a member of Aaron Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband of 34 years, Ron Knight; daughters, Kim Faulkner and Marcy Knight; sons, Scott Mashburn and Mark Knight; brother, Tony Caldwell; twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Her graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2013 in Elk Mountain Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday at West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville. At other times the family will be at the residence.
