SHERYL LYNNE HAWKINS SNUFFER WEAVERVILLE - Sheryl Lynne Hawkins Snuffer, age 55, of Weaverville, died Monday, May 26, 2014 with a fighting soul and loving heart. Sheryl was a native of St. Petersburg, FL and was a resident of Buncombe County since 1985. She was a licensed Insurance agent who was an enthusiastic member of the North Buncombe Blackhawk Band Boosters for many years. She was a dedicated and loving mother who attended baseball, basketball, and football games and concerts. Sheryl ran many different committees and was involved in countless others all while still being the best mother possible. Surviving are her daughter, Rashelle Lynne Snuffer; sons, Austin Kyle Snuffer, and Jared Chase Snuffer; parents, Lloyd Frederick and Mary Ann Harper Hawkins and sister, Patricia Ann Hawkins. Her memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 31, 2014, in the Chapel of West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville.
