Stanley Jackson Sprinkle

Stanley Jackson Sprinkle, 77 of Asheville went to heaven to be with our Lord on Friday, September 27th at John F. Keever Solace. S.J., as his family and friends called him, was born on September 28, 1935. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County. He was the son of the late Max and Viola Radford Sprinkle. S.J. is survived by his wife of 55 years, Pearl Edwards Sprinkle, a daughter Rhonda Keef and her husband Stephen of Greer, SC, a son Darryl Sprinkle and his wife Pamela Price Sprinkle of Easley, SC, four grandchildren; Tyler, Tucker, Caitlin and Tori; sisters Sara Ballard, Maxine White, Miriam Sharp, Barbara Miller and a brother Charles Sprinkle, all of Buncombe County. A private family funeral service will be held at West Funeral Home with the Reverend Eugene Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at Ashelawn Gardens of Memory. Pall bearers will be: Darryl Sprinkle, Stephen Keef, Rick Edwards, Sam White, Tyler Keef and Tucker Sprinkle. In S.J.'s memory please make a contribution to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
