Terry E. Fisher

ASHEVILLE – Terry E. Fisher, age 65, of Asheville, died Wednesday, August 15, 2018. Terry was born October 13, 1952 in Buncombe County to the late Elmer and Alma Guthrie Fisher. He was a resident of Buncombe County all of his life and was formerly employed as a disc jockey at WSKY Radio Station. He was the founder/owner of CDS in Asheville for many years. Terry was an avid Carolina fan, Richard Petty fan and Atlanta Braves fan. He was a member of Westwood Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife of 28 years, Barbara Eldreth Fisher; step-son, John Eldreth of Asheville; sisters Sarah Arrowood and husband Ron of Weaverville, and Laurah Solesbee of Woodfin; grandsons, Casey Eldreth and Erich Druding. There will be a sharing of memories 1:30 – 2:30 pm, Monday, August 20, 2018 at West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Marshall.
