Surviving are his wife, Karen Capps Knighten; daughter, Taylor Knighten; parents, John and Rosalie Turley Knighten; brothers, Jeff and John Knighten and maternal grandmother, Rosalie Brown Turley. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 22, 2014 in Freedom Biker Church, 329 Gashes Creek Rd, Asheville. Family will receive friends following the service.
