Vicki White Bishop

WEAVERVILLE—Vicki White Bishop, age 47, of Sheppard Branch Road died April 5, 2009. Vicki was born January 26, 1962, in Petersburg, VA, and was a resident of Buncombe County for most of her life. She was a former certified nursing assistant and currently employed with Allens BP. She was the daughter of the late Donald R. and Merile McDaris White and was also preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Norman and Grace McDaris, and paternal grandparents, Robert and Ruth White. Surviving are her sister Donna White, brother Robbie White and wife Teena, niece Rachel White, and nephew Alex White. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 9, 2009, in the Chapel of West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville, with Rev. Roy McPeters officiating. Burial will be in Ashelawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Flowers are acceptable and appreciated.
