Wes Kelley

WOODFIN– David Wesley Kelley, 48 of 55 Church Road, died Sunday, November 4, 2007. Wes was born May 30, 1959 in Buncombe County where he had lived all his life. He was an employee of Perfection Gear. Wes also served in the U.S. Navy. He was the son of the late Lloyd Edward Kelley and Louise Hicks Kelley Marlowe. Surviving are his wife of 29 years, Janice Haynes Kelley; daughter, Mandy K. Garrison and husband Doug of Weaverville; son, Shannon Kelley of Asheville; step-father, Ray Marlowe of Fairview; grandchildren, Emilie James and Braxton Garrison and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in the Chapel of West Funeral Home with the Reverend Gary Haynes officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville. At other times the family will be at the residence.
