WEAVERVILLE—William F. "Bill" Ross, 63, of Weaverville died Saturday, April 30, 2011. Mr. Ross was born January 12, 1948, in Union County, Ky. He was a son of the late William Fredrick and Ayleen Riggs Ross. Surviving are his wife, Carol G. Ross; daughter, Melisa Gagliano and husband Anthony; son, William F. Ross, Jr.; stepson, Jeremy Pepin and wife Jaime; sister, Dorothy Ross Galbreath and husband Ronald; nephew, Ross Galbreath; grandchildren, Amanda Gagliano, Nina Gagliano, Preston, Isaiah, Kasey and Brittany Ross, Carson and Rylie Pepin. His memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, May 12, 2011, in North Asheville Baptist Church, 20 Reynolds Mountain Blvd., Asheville.
