Willibald Butter

Willibald "Willie" Butter, 82, of Weaverville died peacefully at Carepartners Hospice in Asheville on December 14, 2021. 

A native of Kafenberg, Austria, he was the son of the late Willibald and Teresia Wagner Butter. 

He was also preceeded in death by his stepfather, Cyrill Schoeberl.

Willie worked at A-B Emblem for 22 years.

Willie is survived by wife, Elvira Butter; sister, Trudy Cerbone; daughter, Andrea Hinds and husband, John; son, Mario Butter and wife Julie; granddaughters, Roxanne, Theresa, and Sarah; niece, Ingrid Shortell and husband Donald; and nephew Ronnie Drexel and wife Debbie.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in the spring.
