Celebrating the life of Harriet Smith McVay
Thank you for signing Harriet Smith McVay's Guestbook
To Harriet's Family, I loved Harriet for the many years she lived in KC. We were both Sigma Gamma Phi's. I talked with her after the move to tell her how much we all missed her presence at the Woman of the Year luncheon. She cared for Sigma, always checking to make sure our new members were acting like ladies!! She was a great friend to all of us. Blessings and Love to each of her family, Betty Crooker

I'm very sorry for your loss. Your Mom was a very sweet lady and a very good friend to my mother Mildred Turner. They used to go for walks together as I recall and of course had many chats over the years. Sometimes when I would stop by my Mom's house on Cherokee Dr in PV your mother would be there. My Mom (passed away at age 95 in 2013) always spoke highly of your mother. Take comfort in knowing she is reunited with her loved ones. My condolences to your family.
