Shirley Williams Crisp

WEAVERVILLE - Shirley Williams Crisp, age 72, of Weaverville died Monday, May 31, 2021.

Shirley was born November 28, 1948 in Buncombe County to the late Clyde and Lorena Anders Williams; she had lived most of her life in Buncombe County. She praised the Lord for her family and friends and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Shirley was a generous, happy person who loved to make people laugh and enjoyed life. She was a member of First Born Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Ann Williams.

Surviving are her husband, Robert Crisp; daughters, Lorie McFee and husband Greg and Mandy Brewer and husband Tony; son, Russell Crisp and wife Haley; sisters, Betty Roberts, Helen Sawyer, Judy Farina, Gay Nell Rice and Susie Murray; brothers, Paul Williams, Rev. Warren Williams and Gary Williams; grandchildren, Annie, Ariel, Lilly, Charlie, Cade and America and brother-in-law, Mike Crisp.

Her funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, June 3, 2021 in the Chapel of West Funeral Home. Reverend Jerry Jamerson will officiate. Burial will follow in West Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at West Funeral Home.
