Mrs. McMahan and her husband were friends of my mother (Peggy Burnette Garren Hill) when growing up on Rice Branch. My mom was very fond of her, and often mentioned what a kind person she was. My mom passed away in 2010, and Mrs. McMahan was such a help to my family. I am sorry for your loss.
